Strong Beyond Birth Postpartum Foundations Course

The Postpartum Foundations Course covers everything you need to return to exercise postpartum. We’ll go from the basics of postpartum recovery and reconnection all the way to running, jumping, and meeting YOUR goals.

We’ll cover all the basics you would otherwise learn in your first few postpartum PT sessions plus four group classes, home workouts, and individualized coaching over 4 weeks.

Our next course starts October 5th in Asheville, NC.

The Strong Beyond Birth

This course covers everything you need to return to exercise postpartum. We’ll go from the basics of postpartum recovery and reconnection all the way to running, jumping, and meeting YOUR goals.

This Course Includes:
  • Four workouts per week, each 30-40 minutes in length.
  • Weekly Q&A sessions addressing any & all postpartum recovery topics
  • Bonus video options: 15-Minute Mini’s for convenience and flexibility
  • An active Facebook group for accountability and community
  • Support from a pelvic physical therapist throughout the course.
  • Options for ongoing support and additional resources.
